If it's not bullshit, I would buy this instantly. Too bad the wife wouldn't want it... :(

Why not? Too murdery?

I don't trust ads with a whole bunch of asterisks. Just seems weird and unnecessary.

NP! I'd replace the taillights with OEs and be done. Nice looking car, great motor ... what's not to like?

Not murdery enough

Change those lights, add real Wolfsburg badge. Done.

Hah, I'd love to - but the wife wants an automatic. I already drive the GTI myself.

I know I'm blaspheming here, but the manual is the problem...my wife wants an automatic (she drives kids around, she's a nanny), so that's what I need. I already have a manual in my life for my DD.
So, it falls by the wayside, and will almost certainly be purchased by some unappreciative fool who doesn't understand turn signals and scheduled maintenance. Such is the northern virginia way of life.

Hah, it is a bit weird. The car seems straight though - or at the very least worth a walk around/mechanic's inspection. Looks nice.

Hah, no. My wife wants an automatic because she drives kids around for her job - she's a private nanny. Otherwise I'd be there today - I sold my Jeep and have a wad of money burning a hole in my pocket.

Semi-related, I have a 2013 gti wolfsburg. I'm tempted to get that badge for it for shits and giggles, but I feel like it might seem douchey. First world problems, I guess.
